Job Description

  • Preferably with prior CRM, customer experience, customer service operations experience.
  • Comfortable working with data, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and cross-functional stakeholders.

Are you passionate about customer experience, data-driven insights, and building meaningful customer engagement? We are looking for a CRM, Data Analytics & Customer Experience Executive to support customer engagement initiatives, manage CRM programs, and drive improvements in customer satisfaction and loyalty.

In this role, you will play an important part in enhancing the overall customer journey through structured CRM initiatives, customer feedback management, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support customer loyalty and ownership benefit programmes, including coordination with partners and customer onboarding.
  • Support customer satisfaction initiatives, including NPS and mystery shopping programmes, identify service gaps, and coordinate improvement actions with internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and customer feedback processes, ensuring timely acknowledgement, tracking, escalation, and closure of customer cases through CRM systems.
  • Act as a key coordination point for customer feedback across multiple internal functions, including Sales, Service, Operations, Management, and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and manage customer databases, ensuring data accuracy, compliance with data privacy requirements, and effective use of CRM tools.
  • Analyse customer data and feedback to support CRM and customer experience improvements.
  • Provide operational and administrative support for marketing initiatives, customer engagement activities, and events.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Prior experience in CRM, customer experience, customer service operations, or data analytics will be advantageous.
  • Comfortable working with data, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
