·        Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline

· At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration

· Strong hands-on experience in:

o    Apex

o    SOQL/SOSL

o    Lightning WebComponents (LWC)

o    Salesforce Flows and automation tools

· Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, particularly:

o    Service Cloud

o    Experience Cloud

· Experience working with:

o    REST/SOAP APIs

o    Salesforce integrationpatterns

o    External systemintegrations

·        Goodunderstanding of:

o    Salesforce datamodelling

o    Security model (roles,profiles, permission sets, public group...)

o    Validation rules andautomation capabilities

·        Salesforce certifications such as:

o    Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I

o    Salesforce Administrator

·Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence

· Experience with version control systems such as Git/GitLab

· Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for Salesforce deployments

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively

·        Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
