Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the point of contact at the front desk in an office environment.
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Screen calls and direct them to the appropriate parties as necessary.
- Greet and direct guests and visitors in a polite and professional manner.
- Provide office administrative support.
- Manage booking of meeting rooms.
- Maintain office resources including stationeries and pantry supplies.
Requirements:
- At least 4-5 years of prior experience as an office admin and receptionist in a corporate office environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional and demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized.
- Admin & computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office).
