Key Responsibilities:

• Manage import/export procedures and support tender requirements.
• Track vessel arrival dates and update customers and finance for collection.
• Release shipping instructions and prepare export shipping documents (LC/DP/TT).
• Generate invoices in SAP and ensure timely month-end invoicing and credit note issuance.
• Monitor shipment status, handle logistics complaints, and liaise with producers/carriers.
• Support team members during absences and follow up on DSR credit/debit notes.

Requirements & Competencies:

• Diploma/Degree with 2–3 years of logistics experience (import/export preferred).
• Knowledge of supply chain processes; SAP experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills, proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• High commitment level and ability to work late during month-end closing.
