Role Overview
We are seeking a Data Engineer to build and maintain reliable data pipelines and deliver high-quality datasets that support analytics and decision-making. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to transform raw data into actionable insights through well-structured data systems and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean, transform, and maintain structured and unstructured datasets to ensure data quality and usability
• Design, build, and optimize data pipelines and workflows for efficient data processing and reporting
• Develop, test, and deploy dashboards to provide operational and management insights
• Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to gather and define data requirements
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across multiple data sources and systems
• Implement best practices for data governance, documentation, and quality management
• Troubleshoot data-related issues and enhance performance and reliability of data processes

Required Skills

• Experience in building and optimizing data pipelines, architectures, and datasets using ETL/DI tools such as Informatica or Talend
• Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language such as Python
• Experience in data cleaning, transformation, and pipeline development
• Hands-on experience with dashboarding tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL/ELT frameworks
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• Ability to meet project-specific compliance and security requirements where applicable

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS
• Knowledge of data modeling and workflow orchestration tools
• Experience working with diverse data sources including databases, flat files, and unstructured data formats such as text, documents, images, audio, video, and sensor data
