ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, improve operational processes, and support strategic initiatives through analysis and reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Business Requirements & Analysis

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Analyze current workflows, systems, and operational processes
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications
• Support process improvement and solution discussions
• Maintain requirement and project documentation

️ Process Improvement & Operational Support

• Identify inefficiencies and recommend process enhancements
• Assist in optimizing workflows and operational procedures
• Support development of SOPs and documentation
• Monitor operational KPIs and project progress
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze business and operational data for insights
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations
• Support KPI tracking and performance reporting
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Assist management with data-driven decision-making

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with business, operations, finance, and IT teams
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and project discussions
• Facilitate communication between technical and business teams
• Coordinate follow-ups on project tasks and deliverables
• Contribute to collaborative problem-solving initiatives

• Knowledge of SQL or BI tools is an advantage
• Familiarity with Agile methodology or project management tools is a plus
