Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain ETL production environments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Monitor ETL jobs, troubleshoot failures, and perform incident resolution within SLA timelines.
• Handle L2/L3 production support activities, including issue analysis, escalation, and root cause investigation.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, development teams, and business users to resolve operational issues.
• Support data integration, batch processing, and operational workflows across enterprise systems.
• Perform system monitoring, deployment support, and operational documentation updates.
• Ensure operational stability, data accuracy, and timely issue resolution.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in ETL/Data Operations or Production Support environment.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools/frameworks such as:
• Informatica
• NiFi
• Or similar ETL technologies
• Strong experience in L2/L3 production support and incident management.
• Good understanding of data operations, troubleshooting, and monitoring processes.
• Experience working in enterprise or banking environments is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
