This is a full-time on-site role located in Greater Kuala Lumpur for a Retail Store Manager. The Retail Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, including team management, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and driving sales performance. Responsibilities include cultivating a customer-first environment, organizing staff schedules, implementing retail strategies, monitoring inventory, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring adherence to company policies, including loss prevention strategies.

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication
• Proficient in Store Management, including team leadership and operational oversight
• Experience in Retail Loss Prevention and ensuring compliance with company procedures
• Ability to set and achieve sales targets while motivating and coaching a team
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and time management skills
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours if necessary
• Previous experience in the retail or fashion industry is a strong advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Operations, or a related field is preferred
