KEY DUTIES :-

• Prepare site preliminary work, construction schedule, coordinate activities

• Study project specification such as structural, architectural and M & E.

• Resolve site drawing discrepancies prior to start work, follow up and troubleshooting drawing issue with technical team and consultants.

• Involve in planning all works on site, including program schedules, construction methods, forecast equipment, building material, manpower requirement, and control usage and wastage of all.

• Ensure that updated drawings including shop drawings are used by for all construction.
• Attend meeting and liase with client, QP, Structure Engineer, M&E Engineer, subcon, RTO & RE.
• Monitor and track on-site progress, to ensure all work is completed on time with required quality standards
