• Driving a catering lorry/van to deliver food, drinks, tables, and equipment
• Loading and unloading catering items safely
• Ensuring food arrives on time and in good condition
• Setting up buffet lines, tables, warmers, tents, etc.
• Collecting and returning equipment after events
• Checking delivery orders and invoices
• Maintaining cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle
• Coordinating with kitchen staff, coordinators, and customers
• Following food hygiene and safety rules
• Sometimes helping with simple manpower work during events
