Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction
- Manage daily retail operations to ensure efficient inventory control and maintain high standards of store presentation
- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute effective campaigns and in-store events that drive sales growth
- Monitor key performance indicators, analyze sales data, and identify actionable opportunities to improve store performance
- Train, coach, and develop retail staff to enhance their skills and maximize team productivity
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies and compliance with relevant industry regulations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail sales or operations, preferably in home furnishings or furniture
