Overview: -

• Monthly Salary: Up to $4000 (With relevant experience) + AWS + VB
• 5 Days work week (8am - 530pm)
• Loyang, Pasir Ris
• Manufacturing Industry

Your Responsibilities: -

• Perform First Article Inspections (FAI) and conduct Process Capability (CP/CPK) measurements on molded parts to ensure quality compliance.
• Validate sample submissions from Engineering for molding verification and approval processes.
• Develop measurement methods and prepare work instructions while training QC inspectors on proper measurement techniques.
• Verify tooling changes and monitor process dimensions following tool modifications or rectification activities.

You will need: -

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the plastic injection moulding sector.
• Skilled in operating quality inspection equipment, including Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and SmartScope devices.
• Capable of reading technical drawings and possessing fundamental understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Diploma in Manufacturing /Quality Engineering
