Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
· To conduct sales presentations andproduct trainings to introduce and update solar PV & ESS products featuresto customers and distributors about Huawei smart PV & ESS solutions
· To review initial designs and providefeedback on optimization for solar PV & ESS projects
· To conduct design and configuration ofPV & ESS systems based on client’s requirements; to prepare calculations oncostings, bill of materials, yield projections and revenue
· To establish and build close customerrelationship and to understand and track project pipelines;
· To support and resolve solar PV &ESS related technical issues faced by customers
· Analyze the situation and developmentopportunities of the Solar PV & ESS eco-system and conduct market researchin support pricing and product definition
· Define customer needs and constructproduct requirements in accordance with your market research
Requirements:
· Engineering degree, preferably fromElectrical or Solar PV or ESS related major;
· Good electrical, as well as technicalknowledge of power electronics (such as inverter, drive or PCS), especially forSolar PV and ESS system
· Good communication skills ofcross-functions and intercultural organization
· Good organization, planning,analytical and presentation skills
· Strong self-initiative and ability toindependently, as well as in a team
· Result driven and commitment todeliver quality
· Preferred candidate who has solar& ESS project experience, have internship experience in EPC or inverter/ESSmanufacturer company.
· Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin is essential to communicate effectively with the China HQ team.
