Job Description

Responsibilities

Brief Description 

1.    Engage, support and coordinate regional IoTopportunities amongst participating Bridge Alliance Member Operators (BMOs)

2.    Work and support various BMOs in launching regionalIoT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1.    Support and coordinate regional or multi-domestic IoTsales by engaging BMO teams and end customers in all RFX’s for global orregional APAC IoT opportunities

2.    Provide commercial support for all regional IoT opportunitiesto ensure best chance of win in those RFXs

3.    Closely track the sales funnel and work acrossinternal stakeholders, with the BMO teams as well as IoT solution partner toconvert those opportunities to actual sales.

4.    Manage newly onboarded or less active BMOs to helpstrengthen engagement cadence and regional collaboration participation overtime

5.    Support the IoT Head to execute a clear IoTstrategy so that Bridge and the BMOs become the partner of choice for globaland regional opportunities in APAC.

6.    Support for strategic initiatives such asBICP/pricing alignment, regional collaboration framework discussions andcross-BMO engagement facilitation

7.    Work alongside the BMO marketing team(s) toincrease the awareness of Bridge’s IoT value proposition with end customers.

8.    Develop a deep understanding of IoT solution partner’sproducts and service offerings in order to support the BMOs in launching thosesolutions to targeted customers.

9.    Constantly engage the BMOs to keep pace with thechanging market landscape in order to support them better in bringing IoTsolutions to the market as well as security regional deals jointly.

10.  Share businessvalue proposition hypotheses with IoT partners for joint GTM engagements

Key Qualifications 

A. Formal Qualifications

  • A recognised degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Computer Science

B. Knowledge

  • A very good understanding of the commercials and Go-To-Market activities of M2M/IoT.
  • Strong understanding of Connected Device Platform (CDP) and exposure to IoT ecosystem engagement (platform partners, CMP/Watchtower, device/module partners, etc.)
  • Proficient literacy on the related technical aspects of Mobile (Virtual) Operator Network and hands-on experience with key elements of the M2M / IoT solution stack of an operator
  • Proven track record in solution sales to mobile operators or enterprise customers is a strong advantage

C. Relevant Work Experience

  • Over 5 years of experience in Telecommunications or adjacent industries, including 5+ years in M2M/IoT, especially in managing regional account mapping, lead nurturing and opportunity qualification.
  • At least 5 years of partner or sales management experience
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding business revenue targets

D. Soft Skills (including behavioral and attitudes)

·      Strong sales and relationship building skill

·      Excellent oral and written communication skills;able to communicate our value, strategy and proposed solution on client opportunities

  • Experience in working in Asia is strong plus
  • Existing relationships in industry particularly with large MNC’s would be valuable
  • Proven conflict resolution and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, independent and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work in an international & multi-cultural environment
