Business Administration Executive

Reporting to the Group Finance Manager, we seek mature and self-driven candidates to apply for this position. Working as a team of 4, the candidate must be adaptable to perform his/her main roles well and able to cover duties when required. The job scope includes:

• Support the HR, admin and operation matters on day-to-day administration
• General admin functions such as up keeping of filings and document archives
• Assist in report generation and add hoc works
• Provide basic administrative support to office

Flexi-work arrangement with at least 3 days to work in office.

Prerequisite

1. At least 1 year of working experience in similar capacity or have experience some experience in similar job scope
2. Book keeping knowledge will be advantageous
3. Good command of written and oral English
