Job description

• Plan, organize, and coordinate social events and activities.

• Liaise and coordinate with various vendors, including caterers, decorators, and other service providers, to ensure smooth event execution.

• Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure the most favourable terms, pricing, and service arrangements.

• Ensure all event logistics and operational requirements are effectively managed and delivered within budget and timeline.

Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing / Public Relation/ related course.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Good time management and attention to detail are a must.

• Strong customer focus

• Ability to interact with guests and offer assistance during events

• Have a positive and can-do attitude
