Role Description

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to help scale RakanSales through data-driven campaigns, lead generation, and growth marketing strategies.

You will work closely with the founder, sales, creative and event teams to execute high-performing campaigns that generate quality leads and measurable business growth.

What You'll Do

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and XiaoHongShu (XHS/RED)
• Build and manage lead generation funnels from awareness to conversion
• Track and report on key metrics — CPL, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates — with clear, actionable insights
• Set up and optimize marketing automation, retargeting flows, and audience segmentation
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages
• Run campaigns for webinars, events, and product launches
• Stay ahead of platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging channels

What You Bring

• 2–5 years of hands-on performance marketing or digital marketing experience
• Proven track record managing paid campaigns across two or more major ad platforms
• Strong grasp of lead generation principles and conversion funnel strategy
• Comfortable with analytics and reporting — you make decisions based on data, not instinct alone
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to move fast in a startup environment
• Clear communicator who works well across teams

Bonus Points

• Background in SaaS, CRM, or tech products
• Experience running webinar or event-driven campaigns
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and retargeting workflows
• Working knowledge of SEO, GEO, or AEO
• Experience scaling B2B lead generation, especially in SME markets
