Join our dynamic and creative team as an Interior Designer / Architectural Assistant and contribute to inspiring architectural and interior design projects in a collaborative environment. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about design, possess strong technical and creative abilities, and are eager to grow professionally through hands-on project involvement from conceptual development to project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the conceptualisation and development of interior and architectural design proposals
• Prepare schematic designs, feasibility studies, and space planning layouts
• Produce detailed drawings, elevations, layouts and 3D visualisations
• Prepare mood boards, presentation materials, renderings, and material selections
• Assist in the preparation of design documentation and tender drawings
• Support project coordination and tender processes
• Attend client presentations, consultant meetings and site coordination meetings
• Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure smooth project execution

Requirements

• Degree, Diploma, Higher Nitec or Nitec in Architecture, Interior Design, Architectural Technology or related disciplines
• Relevant working experience preferred
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape and Adobe Photoshop
• Creative with good design sensibility and detailing skills
• Passionate about architecture and interior design
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, proactive and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of sustainable materials and design practices will be an advantage
