Job Description:

1. Assist in the configuration and commission of Building Management System applications at client sites.
   Ensure proper integration with existing building systems.
2. Provide technical support for application-related issues, diagnosing and resolving problems in a timely manner.
   Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
3. Conduct training sessions for clients on the use and maintenance of BMS/ELV applications.
   Respond to client inquiries and provide guidance on application functionality.

Qualifications:

1. NITEC or Higher NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Engineering related field.
2. Basic understanding of Building Management Systems and related technologies.
3. Strong problem-solving and communication skills
