Key Responsibilities - % of Time What You’ll Actually Do

40 % Prospecting & Pipeline-Building

  • Source 50 – 75 new ICP accounts monthly
  • Run multichannel sequences (cold calling / LinkedIn / email) that don’t feel spammy
  • Own HubSpot hygiene like your life depends on it

30 % Discovery & Consultative Selling

  • Lead 10 – 15 discovery calls a week (no “demo-dumping”)
  • Diagnose real business problems and craft high-value solution roadmaps

30 % Proposal, Pitch & Close

  • Build tailored proposals with our strategist crew
  • Present, negotiate and sign retainers or project SOWs worth

What Success Looks Like

Cadence: Month 3

Outcome KPI: Qualified Opportunities Created

≥ S$200k

Cadence: Month 6

Closed-Won Revenue

≥ S$450k cumulative

Cadence: Year 1

Outcome KPI: Net-New Net Revenue Added

Target: ≥ S$ 900K

Cadence: Every Week

Outcome KPI: Qualified Meetings Booked

Target: 10+

Must-Haves

  • Documented history of smashing at least S$300K new-biz quota per year.
  • Fluent in the language of CMOs & Founders — not just CTRs.
  • HubSpot (or Salesforce) is muscle memory.
  • Comfort pitching on Zoom at 8 am SG or 8 pm when needed.
  • Thick-skinned, coachable, and allergic to excuses.

Nice-to-Haves

  • 3+ years hunting for a Singapore-based digital agency (SEO/Paid/Content/MarTech).
  • Rolodex of connections in B2B manufacturing, education, or financial services/fintech
  • Sandler, Challenger, or Winning by Design training badge.
