Requirements

  • Age 18 years old and above 
  • Malaysian citizens only 
  • No experience required as training will be provided 
  • Experience in the F&B industry is an added advantage 
  • Friendly, positive, and hardworking attitude 
  • Good communication and customer service skills 
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Team player with a willingness to learn 
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times 
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays 
  • Physically fit and able to stand for long working hours 
  • Cashier handling experience will be an added advantage for Service Crew positions

Responsibilities

Kitchen Assistant Responsibilities

  • Prepare food and beverages according to company standards and recipes 
  • Clean and prepare food items including portioning, battering, breading, seasoning, and marinating 
  • Handle, store, label, and rotate products properly following food safety regulations 
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen station at all times 
  • Assist in kitchen closing procedures and follow the kitchen closing checklist 
  • Report any food quality or stock shortage issues to the Assistant Kitchen Manager or Kitchen Manager promptly 
  • Follow all safety and sanitation standards strictly 
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and report maintenance issues when necessary 
  • Support the kitchen team and perform other duties assigned by management 

Service Crew Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet customers in a friendly manner 
  • Present menus and take food & beverage orders accurately 
  • Introduce customers to the brand and recommend signature menu items 
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently 
  • Handle cashiering and payment transactions 
  • Ensure dining tables and service areas are clean and hygienic at all times 
  • Keep service stations stocked with necessary supplies such as napkins and tableware 
  • Work closely with team members to provide excellent customer service
