Responsibilities
Sales Management Trainee
Face-to-Face Sales | Commission-Based | Full Training Provided
Start on the ground to understand sales execution before progressing into team management, coaching, and planning responsibilities.
This role is designed for individuals who want to learn sales properly from the front line, have a fun working culture and environment, then grow into leadership positions through performance and hands-on experience. Communication skills, coachability, and attitude matter more than prior sales experience.
This is not a desk job, not digital marketing, and not a behind-the-scenes role.
• Execute face-to-face sales and customer acquisition campaigns
• Represent client brands through direct, on-ground engagement
• Learn how to communicate value, handle objections, and close confidently
• Track daily results and understand performance metrics
• Develop discipline, consistency, and professional presentation
• Build a strong foundation in sales psychology and customer behaviour
As you hit performance milestones, you’ll be trained to:
• Coach and support new team members
