Requirements
- Fresh graduates with good academic results & leadership skills are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with >2 years of working experience in sales & marketing of financial services will be considered for Business Consultant role.
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Qualification and/ or a recognised degree.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Fluency in Mandarin is preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Enjoy communicating & engaging with people.
- Meticulous with details especially with documentation.
- Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in understanding documentation needs and offer guidance on company formation bank account setup business license applications Employment Passes and more.
- Work closely with internal teams to guarantee a seamless onboarding process for new clients and offer essential support throughout the transition phase.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly responding to client questions and resolving any issues that arise.
- Open to traveling both domestically and internationally as required.
