Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Strategy: Lead the NPI program strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Cross-Functional Team Management: Oversee and coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, supply chain, quality, and operations.
• Project Planning and Execution: Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain quality standards for new products, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to address potential project challenges.
• Supplier and Partner Management: Collaborate with suppliers and external partners to optimize the supply chain.
• Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring that financial resources are allocated effectively.
• Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of NPI projects.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the NPI process.
• On-Time Delivery (OTD): Tracks and ensure the percentage of projects delivered on or before the scheduled date per management target.
• First Pass Yield (FPY): Ensure to meet/ exceed the target set by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum a Degree in Engineering or similar field.
• At least 10years of relevant experience in EMS industry.
• Possess strong experience in New Product Introduction/ Project Management.
• Able to work independently or as a team.
