The Production Operator assists with the food processing operation and filling according to work instructions. He/She will ensure the cleanliness with good housekeeping in our production plants.He/She will report to the First Line Manager of the Production Plant.

The Production Operator assists with the food processing operation and filling according to work instructions. He/She will ensure the cleanliness with good housekeeping in our production plants.He/She will report to the First Line Manager of the Production Plant.
Responsibilities:
- Perform operation according to work instruction.
- Prepare for start-up, which includes verification of metal detectors and other operational prerequisite programs/critical control point.
- Machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Check and record net weight digitally.
- Always maintain Hygiene and Safety.
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time.
- Weekly Rotating shift :
- Mon-Sat : 7am-3pm
- Mon-Fri : 3pm-11pm
- Mon-Fri : 11pm-7am
- Minimum NITEC or Foreign Diploma/Degree in Engineering.
- Work in Non-Air con environment.
- WSQ Food Safety Course (FSC) Level 1 is an added advantage.
