Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as an Event Planner located in Petaling Jaya, with the flexibility to work from home on specific tasks. The Event Planner will oversee end-to-end event planning and execution, including budgeting, vendor coordination, client communication, and on-site event management. The planner will collaborate with the sales and creative teams to design events that meet and exceed client expectations while ensuring efficiency, quality, and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Event Planning and Event Management skills with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously
• Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management to ensure cost-effective event operations
• Exceptional Communication skills for liaising with clients, teams, and vendors
• Experience in Sales, with the ability to identify opportunities and maintain client relationships
• Detail-oriented and organized, with problem-solving and time-management capabilities
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site and remote responsibilities
• Familiarity with event management software and tools is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
