Job Description
Responsibilities
• Provide IT support to CMCMY staff via phone, email, or on-site.
• Be available on standby during after-hours, public holidays, weekends, and participate in scheduled job rotations across CMCMY hospitals.
• Identify the best solutions for technical issues based on information provided by CMCMY staff.
• Offer on-site support, guiding staff through problem-solving processes.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher levels of technical expertise when necessary.
• Assist with PC inventory, including usage tracking, loan management, and disposal of outdated units.
• Provide accurate information about IT products and services and deliver training or guidance on related equipment to CMCMY staff.
• Log issues in the helpdesk ticketing system, ensuring proper records of events and resolution times for follow-up.
• Collaborate with vendors for troubleshooting and maintenance activities within CMCMY.
• Participate in hardware movement projects, including deployments and repairs, across buildings or locations as requested.
