Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bayan Lepas for an Account Management - Support/Admin professional. The role involves providing administrative and operational support to account management teams, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include addressing client inquiries, maintaining accurate account records, monitoring accounts for performance, and communicating with stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently. Collaboration with team members and attention to detail will be essential to support the organization’s goals and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Account Management and a focus on maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction capabilities to address inquiries and resolve concerns effectively.
  • Proven Analytical Skills to evaluate account data and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Effective Communication abilities to liaise professionally with clients and internal teams.
  • Relevant administrative experience, proficiency in office software, and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Minimum qualification of diploma or bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Experience in managed care or healthcare sector is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
