Job Responsibilities
To perform accurately with high quality and desirable productivity.
To liaise with Team Lead, Account Manager and Service Provider on work related issues and resolutions.
To handle day to day job proactively with minimum supervision.
To perform as per EPI standard working process, rules and policy.
To complete job on timely basis day to day.
Ensure service commitments are achieved and maintained in accordance with customers and organization objectives.
Enhance business related knowledge by completing designated courses in PSA BDP University.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
Min. Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution.
Min. two (2) year experience in Sea freight / Airfreight / Shipping industry.
Familiar with HS code, customs, government agencies rules & regulations would be an added advantage.
Basic knowledge in computer software packages.
Proficiency in English is essential.
Customer oriented, mature and able to work independently.
Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail is vital.
The candidate must possess supervisory skills and a team player with a high level of integrity and commitment.
Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.
