Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Property Sales professional, based in Petaling Jaya, with flexibility for occasional remote work. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing sales cycles, providing exceptional customer service, conducting client consultations, and guiding potential buyers through the sales process. The Property Sales professional will also focus on relationship building, providing training for clients on Smart Home features, and achieving sales targets in line with company goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and provide tailored solutions
• Proven Sales skills, including the ability to manage leads, build relationships, and close transactions
• Experience in Sales Management and Training to coach clients and optimize the sales process
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a hybrid work environment
• Experience in the smart home industry, real estate, or property sales is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
