E-Commerce Store Operation ManagerPosition Overview

We are looking for an E-Commerce Store Operation Manager who will primarily oversee store operations across e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and TikTok Shop, while also supporting promotional execution and cross-functional coordination. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations and stable overall commerce execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall store operations across e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and TikTok Shop
• Update product information, pricing, and promotional settings, and support campaign execution
• Monitor store operations and overall performance
• Support communication and coordination for influencer and KOL collaborations
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure content and promotions align with brand direction
• Coordinate with marketing, design, logistics, and other related teams to support smooth operations

Qualifications

• Understanding of or experience in e-commerce or online store operations
• Basic knowledge of major platforms such as Shopee and TikTok Shop
• Interest in online commerce and promotional operations
• Detail-oriented and responsible, with the ability to manage tasks effectively
• Good communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in social media or influencer collaboration support
• Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
• Relevant academic background is preferred
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
