Internship Details:

• Duration: We’re looking for interns who can commit to a period of at least 3–6 months.
• Work mode: Fully Onsite
• Office Location: Level 11, 12 & 13 CelcomDigi Tower, Petaling Jaya
• Easy Access via Public Transport: About 5-minute walk from Taman Jaya LRT station.
• Monthly Allowance: RM1,000

Interns who perform well may also be considered for our Corporate Trainee Program after completing their internship.

What You Will Do:

To assist Expense management and HO reporting in repetitive task, to free up some time for the existing staff to look into automation and reallocate existing task amongst the team.

• Prepare and assist with journal postings
• Assists with invoice processing
• Updating monthly templates to ensure that accruals are recorded
• Compile reports and update reporting templates
• Create new GLs
• Prepare any adhoc request

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Finance Interns. If you meet the criteria below, we’d love to hear from you:

• Currently pursuing or holding a Diploma/Degree in Accounting and/or Finance.
• Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English & Mandarin.
• Independent, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
