About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP O2C Business Analyst to join the Global SAP Centre of Excellence supporting SAP Order to Cash (O2C) Operations in a multinational environment.

This role is ideal for candidates with a strong business process background and interest in ERP technologies who want to further develop their expertise in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution), SAP GTS (Global Trade Services), and integrations with related SAP modules such as P2P (Procure to Pay), D2R (Demand to Replenishment), and RTR (Record to Report).

As part of the global SAP CoE team, you will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams across multiple regions to support ongoing operations, analyze business requirements, resolve incidents, and implement SAP solutions aligned with SAP standards and the global SAP S/4HANA template.

Within a matrix organization, you will report to the SAP CoE Operations O2C Lead, APAC.

Key Responsibilities

• Support global SAP O2C and GTS operational processes and business users
• Analyze and resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate deployments to Production environments
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for process improvements and system enhancements
• Translate business needs into functional SAP solutions aligned with SAP best practices and the global SAP template
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams supporting SD, GTS, P2P, D2R, and RTR modules
• Participate in functional testing, UAT, and deployment activities
• Evaluate cross-functional impacts of proposed solutions and ensure alignment with SAP standards
• Build strong working relationships with global business stakeholders and IT teams
• Quickly learn and understand assigned business processes, SAP templates, and ERP integrations
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the O2C domain
• Ensure compliance with EH&S policies, safety procedures, and site-specific standards
• Act in an environmentally responsible manner and support 5S safety standards

Requirements

Must Have:

• Strong understanding of Supply Chain and Order to Cash business processes
• Experience working with SAP SD and exposure to SAP GTS
• Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, functional design, and testing
• Understanding of ERP systems, SAP customization concepts, and master data processes
• Ability to work independently in a remote and global environment
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proactive mindset with willingness to continuously learn and improve SAP knowledge
• Ability to quickly understand business processes and system integrations
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or another business-related field
• More than 7 years of experience working within SAP CoE or SAP support environments

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA environments
• Knowledge of integrations with P2P, D2R, and RTR modules
• Experience in multinational/global organizations
• Mandarin language skills
• Experience working within matrix organizations
