- Possess over 5 years of experience driving partnership development in finance, retail, or parallel markets.
- Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong knack for negotiation.
- Maintain a results-oriented approach with the ability to turn data insights into real-world execution.
- Show high levels of motivation and urgency, with the flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced team setting.
- Exhibit strong multitasking, problem-solving, and prioritization skills paired with excellent time management.
