This is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore for an Assistant Retail Manager. The Assistant Retail Manager will support daily store operations, ensure outstanding customer service, and assist in achieving sales goals. Key responsibilities include managing a team of retail staff, driving customer satisfaction, overseeing sales activities, and maintaining operational excellence to reflect Sealy’s premium brand image.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction
• Proficiency in Team Management to effectively lead, guide, and motivate retail staff
• Experience in driving Sales performance and achieving sales targets
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive, customer-focused approach
• Prior experience in retail management or related fields is an advantage
