Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager based in Shah Alam. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, managing client accounts, and gathering business requirements to deliver customized solutions. Responsibilities include identifying potential business opportunities, negotiating client agreements, preparing reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role will also involve collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales and operational objectives.
