Our client is one of the leading system integrator for M&E MRT project

about the job

• Conceptualize and develop a targeted master program.
• Work on the progress forecast and prepare the rolling program.
• Liaise with engineers from different trades and subcontractors in weekly/monthly progress report preparation.
• Monitor the project progress and advise the project team on clashes, interfaces, constraints, potential delay and risks
• Update, track and report project progress against planned schedule and status of critical path.
• Evaluate project delays by monitoring actual progress effectively.
• Work with the project team to come out catch-up quantities and program when applicable.
• Perform delay analysis to demonstrate required EOT; keep proper records of all the documents required for EOT and variations claims.
• Update master program based on the update information such as granted EOT.
• Prepare EOT submission to clients and consultants.
• Able to incorporate costs and resources planning including manpower, machinery and materials into the master program.

skills & experience required

• Degree/Diploma in engineering
• Well versed in Primavera P6
• Minimum 4 years of relevant MRT M&E project experience
• Able to commence immediately or within short notice period
