Responsibilities
Overview
We are looking for a Project Management Executive to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of AKC’s training and consultancy projects.
This role focuses on ensuring projects are well-planned, properly documented, and delivered smoothly from start to completion. You will coordinate schedules, support compliance requirements, communicate with clients and internal teams, monitor project progress, and help improve operational workflows.
You will work closely with trainers, assessors, clients, internal departments, and relevant stakeholders to support project execution, course delivery, documentation, reporting, and service quality. This role is suitable for someone who is organised, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts.
By the end of this role, you will gain practical experience in project coordination, client communication, compliance support, stakeholder management, project documentation, reporting, and workflow improvement.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Plan and coordinate training and consultancy projects from start to completion
• Prepare project plans, schedules, timelines, workplans, and operational checklists
• Coordinate with clients, trainers, assessors, internal departments, and other stakeholders on project requirements
• Support compliance requirements for training and consultancy project delivery, including documentation and reporting
• Monitor project progress, deliverables, deadlines, and follow-up actions to ensure work stays on track
• Identify project delays, operational gaps, risks, or workflow issues and escalate them appropriately
• Recommend workflow improvements to support smoother project delivery and better client outcomes
Requirements
• Nitec or Higher Nitec in Business Administration, Events Management, Customer Experience Management or related disciplines
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• Good communication skills and confidence working with clients, trainers, assessors, and internal teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities at the same time
• Strong attention to detail when handling schedules, documents, reports, and follow-ups
• Comfortable supporting compliance requirements, documentation, and internal processes
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify gaps and follow through on actions
Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with changing operational needs
