Job Description

Responsibilities

Tapeout Systems

  • Serve as the primary support owner for VSMC Online tapeout systems, ensuring system stability, availability, and data accuracy.
  • Support end‑to‑end tapeout workflows, including customer submission, validation, tracking, and status visibility.
  • Manage customer-facing features such as tapeout status, milestone tracking, and notifications.
  • Troubleshoot tapeout-related system issues and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Support enhancements to improve customer experience, transparency, and turnaround time for tapeout activities.
  • Ensure compliance with data security, access control, and audit requirements for customer IP and confidential data.

Customer & B2B Systems

  • Support and enhance VSMC B2B eCommerce systems, ensuring system stability, performance, and user satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary liaison between customers, internal stakeholders, and IT teams for system-related matters.
  • Handle customer system onboarding, issue troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

System Integration & ERP

  • Manage system integrations between B2B platforms, ERP systems, manufacturing systems, and downstream applications.
  • Coordinate with internal IT, external vendors, and partners to ensure data consistency and process alignment.
  • Support ERP-related customer workflows such as order management, forecasting, invoicing, and delivery tracking.

Dashboard & Reporting

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and governance across reporting platforms.

Continuous Improvement & Governance

  • Identify system gaps and drive improvement projects to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare system documentation, SOPs, and user training materials.
  • Support audits, compliance, and data security requirements related to customer systems.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

  • Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Experience

  • 3 years of experience in enterprise systems support, system integration, or customer IT solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with B2B eCommerce platforms, ERP systems, and dashboard/reporting tools (Power BI preferred).
  • Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or high-tech industries is highly advantageous.

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of system integration concepts (APIs, data flows, interfaces).
  • Experience with Power BI, SQL, and data visualization.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP or equivalent).
