As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a responsible and proactive HR & Admin Executive to join our team.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Balakong, Selangor. The HR & Admin Executive will be responsible for handling daily human resources and administrative functions, ensuring smooth office operations and compliance with statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle daily HR and administrative tasks
• Maintain employee attendance, leave, and personnel records
• Manage payroll coordination and HR documentation
• Liaise with government authorities and handle statutory matters (EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, etc.)
• Handle foreign worker documentation (passport renewal, permit matters, etc.)
• Coordinate lorry inspection and related administrative matters
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
• Ensure proper filing and compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience in HR/Admin is preferred
Familiar with Malaysia labour regulations and statutory requirements
Good organizational and communication skills
Able to multitask and work independently
Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information professionally
Experience in SQL payroll system is an added advantage
Working Hours:
Weekdays: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM (alternate)
