Full Time Finance Business Analyst (Hyperion) Jobs, salary up to SGD 5,000 in AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. - Ricebowl

A well-established manufacturing company is looking for a hands-on Finance Business Analyst to join its regional finance and controlling team in Singapore. This is a broad-scope role sitting at the intersection of financial reporting, FP&A, and systems.



You'll be the engine behind the regional reporting cycle, consolidating financial data from multiple markets and turning it into meaningful management reports covering sales performance, gross margin development, raw material costs, and P&L. You'll also be supporting the annual budget and long-term planning process, including Hyperion submissions and intercompany reconciliations.



Beyond the numbers, you'll also be involved in ERP master data governance and working closely with a Power BI developer to improve reporting dashboards. There's a longer-term pathway into standard costing and plant reporting for those looking to broaden their skill set.



Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience in an MNC environment
• Hands-on experience with HyperionSolid grounding in IFRS and management reporting
• Proficient in ERP systems
• Strong Excel skills, Power BI or equivalent dashboard experience is advantageous
• A genuine interest in process improvement and exploring smarter ways of working — including AI tools
• A collaborative, curious, and solutions-oriented mindset
