This position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development, market penetration, and relationship management within the construction industry. The primary objective is to develop and execute comprehensive strategies to capitalize on growth opportunities, strengthen market presence, and achieve revenue targets across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a strategic business development plan for the construction sector in China and targeted Asian countries. Align strategies with corporate objectives, market dynamics, and growth opportunities to maximize results.
2. Market Expansion: Identify and assess new markets, segments, and growth opportunities within the construction industry across China and key Asian countries. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and feasibility studies to inform market entry strategies.
3. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry influencers in China and across Asia. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Opportunity Pursuit: Lead the pursuit of new business opportunities, including project bids, partnerships, and acquisitions, within the construction sector. Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company capabilities.
