Job Description

Responsibilities

Our client is a well-established, large-scale MNC with a dynamic and growing Corporate Development function. They are seeking an experienced M&A Manager to play a pivotal role in driving live deal execution and post-merger integration across a diverse range of transactions. This is a high-visibility seat reporting directly to senior leadership, offering meaningful exposure to the full M&A lifecycle in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Candidates from both in-house Corporate Development teams and consulting / Big 4 / boutique advisory backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply.


The Role

As M&A Manager, you will be embedded in live transactions from origination through to integration, working closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors to deliver outcomes that directly shape the company's strategic growth agenda.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end execution of live M&A deals, coordinating cross-functional workstreams and external advisors to ensure timely delivery of due diligence and recommendations
  • Collaborate with the CFO and senior leadership to define and execute acquisition strategy
  • Lead financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence of potential targets
  • Manage deal structuring, negotiation, integration planning, and risk management
  • Oversee post-acquisition integration and synergy realisation
  • Prepare investment cases, business plans, and board-level investment memoranda
  • Ensure all documentation meets internal standards and regulatory requirements
  • What We're Looking For

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; CFA or MBA an advantage
    • Solid M&A track record — whether from an in-house Corporate Development team, Big 4, management consulting, or boutique advisory
    • Strong financial and analytical skills deal structuring, due diligence, and valuation expertise essential
    • Experience managing cross-functional teams and engaging senior leadership
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic thinking abilities
    • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
    • Self-driven with a strong work ethic
    • Additional language skills a plus
