Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Develop & Maintain COBOL programs for card systems
- Integrate Systems with internal & external platforms
- Test & Assure Quality with compliance focus
- Support Production and resolve issues quickly
- Optimize Performance for scalability & efficiency
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science / IT / Software Engineering (or equivalent diploma/certifications)
- 3–10+ years of COBOL/mainframe experience
- Advantageous certifications: IBM COBOL Programmer, z/OS, CICS, DB2
- Strong in COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, IMS, VSAM
- System integration & performance tuning
- Problem‑solving & troubleshooting in banking systems
- Clear communication & stakeholder collaboration
- Work on mission‑critical banking systems impacting millions of customers
- Be part of modernization initiatives while mastering legacy systems
- Collaborate with diverse teams & vendors in a dynamic environment
