An established energy efficiency and sustainability solutions provider specializing in helping commercial buildings and property owners reduce energy consumption, improve operational efficiency, and achieve sustainability goals. The company focuses on services such as energy audits, HVAC/ACMV optimisation, Environmental Sustainability Design (ESD), green building certification support, and other sustainability initiatives. Working closely with landlords, developers, building owners, and facilities management teams, the organization delivers tailored solutions that support cost savings, operational improvements, and ESG-driven sustainability efforts.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within commercial buildings, property owners, landlords, and facilities management sectors
  • Build strong relationships with landlords, building owners, facilities managers, and key stakeholders
  • Conduct site visits to assess air-conditioning usage, building energy consumption, and operational inefficiencies
  • Analyse client requirements and recommend suitable energy-saving and sustainability solutions
  • Promote Environmental Sustainability Design (ESD) solutions including Green Mark certification, energy audits, and related sustainability services
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, project costing, and presentations for clients
  • Manage tender submissions and contract negotiations where required
  • Work closely with the ESD and engineering teams to ensure solutions meet client needs
  • Support project handover and maintain client relationships throughout project execution
  • Participate in networking events and business development activities to generate leads and expand market presence


Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in business development, technical sales, engineering sales, HVAC/ACMV, or sustainability-related industries preferred
  • Experience engaging landlords, developers, building owners, or facilities managers is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of energy optimisation, air-conditioning systems, or sustainability solutions is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Green Mark, GreenRE, or Green Building Index certifications is a plus
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Mandarin speaking ability is an added advantage
  • Educational background is open (Engineering background preferred but not mandatory)
