Senior Backend Engineer (Go)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Engineer (Go) to join a fast-growing tech team building high-performance backend systems for a large-scale online platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Go

• Build scalable microservices architectures for high-load environments

• Develop APIs using gRPC and REST

• Work with Kafka-based event-driven systems

• Optimize database schemas, queries, and caching strategies

• Deploy and manage services using Docker and AWS infrastructure

• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines

• Implement monitoring and observability tools

• Write unit and integration tests and participate in code reviews

️ Requirements

Strong experience with Go (Golang) backend development

Experience building microservices architectures

Hands-on experience with Kafka, gRPC, and REST APIs

Experience working with AWS cloud services

Strong knowledge of SQL databases and caching systems (Redis)

Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines

Understanding of distributed systems and high-load architectures

Strong problem-solving and communication skills
