Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented QA Executive to join our Quality Assurance team. This role will be pivotal in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update product specifications
• Provide accurate technical information and documents to customers upon request
• Conduct supplier evaluation, request and review up-to-date documentation from suppliers
• Manage the product and environmental testing
• Investigate customer complaints, identify root cause and implement corrective and preventive action
• Conduct daily on-site inspection to ensure adherence to hygiene, safety and quality protocols.
• Carry out sensory evaluation
• Assist in work instructions update and conducting staff training.
• Assist in all internal and external audits
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by QA manager

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma/ bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field.
• Proactive, willing to learn and good follow-up skills
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Able to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure
• Work independently with minimal supervision
