We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to support daily production operations. This role focuses on CNC machine setup and operation. The successful candidate will help run, edit, and adjust CNC programs as required to ensure smooth production and machining accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate 3-axis and 4-axis CNC machines
• Execute production and prototype machining jobs
• Support testing, fine-tuning, and optimisation of CNC programs
• Perform machine setup including tooling, fixtures, offsets, and workholding
• Make on-machine adjustments to ensure accuracy and quality
• Inspect machined parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Troubleshoot machining issues and assist in resolving programming-related problems
• Perform basic machine maintenance
• Follow safety procedures and production work instructions

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist / CNC Operator
• Hands-on experience in CNC machine setup and operation
• Basic to intermediate CNC programming knowledge (G-code)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and tolerances
• Experience with 3-axis / 4-axis CNC machines
• CAD/CAM or Rhino 3D knowledge is an advantage
• Willing to work overtime when required
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Own transport preferred
