Job Outline:

Perform technical responsibilities primarily in the area of costing within accepted accounting methods and techniques with the objective of providing Management with accurate, timely and relevant finance and costing information for reporting and decision-making.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. To prepare & analyze monthly Business Unit Income Statements
2. To prepare monthly management sales reports
3. To prepare sales data for Business Unit Income Statement.
4. To check the accuracy of the monthly Finance Sales Report generated by IT Team
5. To check and evaluate pricing and marketing proposals
6. To compute product cost and & cost impact related computation
7. To create & update bill of material, recipe, resources, and production version in SAP
8. To conduct environment scanning of competitors’ information from published sources
9. To analyze SAP reports
10. To participate in cost down and system automation exercise
11. To perform year-end stock take
12. To provide information to management by assembling, preparing reports, making presentations of findings, analyzing and recommendations
13. To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as when required to provide management with timely reports, analysis and information for decision making

Minimum Requirements:

1. Preferable degree in Accounting or Finance
2. Preferable experience in Business Unit Analysis or Data Analysis
3. Knowledge in SAP is an added advantage
4. Meticulous and good analytical skills
5. Knowledge of costing, strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and pricing evaluation are added advantages.
