Job Purpose:
1. To execute and oversee all campaign and incentive tracking activities, ensuring accurate monitoring from proposal stage through to reward/payment distribution, while maintaining clear communication and compliance with company standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Campaign Proposal Review: Evaluate campaign proposals for feasibility, compliance, and alignment with company objectives.
- Tracking & Monitoring: Track campaign performance, incentive progress, and achievement results.
- Reward & Payment Processing: Coordinate reward distribution and ensure timely incentive payments.
- Communication: Prepare reports, updates, and communication materials for stakeholders.
- Data Analysis: Analyze campaign outcomes and provide insights for improvement. Incentive and Campaign Review: Review the incentive/Campaign result after 12 months from contest end. The drop result will proceed for clawback activities.
- Compliance: Ensure all campaign activities adhere to company policies and industry regulations.
- Audit & Documentation: Maintain proper documentation for campaign proposals, approvals, and results to support internal audits.
- Creative Collaboration: Work with design/marketing teams to develop impactful visuals and messaging.
- System Enhancement: Collaborate with IT to improve tracking systems, dashboards, and automation tools for campaign monitoring.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with agency partners and participants.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure smooth execution and reporting.

Job Responsibilities:
- Vendor & Hotel Liaison: Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, hotels, and service providers.
- Event Arrangement: Oversee logistics including venue setup, travel, accommodation, and on-site coordination.
- Proposal & Budgeting: Prepare event proposals, budgets, and payment processing.
- Communication: Coordinate communication with stakeholders, participants, and partners.
- Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct event reviews, prepare reports, and measure ROI.
- Risk & Compliance: Identify risks, ensure safety, and maintain compliance with company policies.
- Audit & Documentation: Maintain proper documentation for campaign proposals, approvals, and results to support internal audits.
- Creative Collaboration: Work with design/marketing teams to develop impactful visuals and messaging.
- Digital Integration: Identify, test & execute required system to assist sales & recruitment activities, tracking, and reporting.
- System Enhancement: Collaborate with IT to improve tracking systems, dashboards, and automation tools for campaign monitoring.
